COMET Informatics is located near Rochester, NY in Bushnell's Basin, a hamlet along Route 96 and the Erie Canal, in the town of Perinton, conveniently off exit 27 of Interstate 490. 

The surrounding neighborhoods are split between the village of Fairport and the town of Pittsford mailing addresses. There is a wide choice of restaurants, gas stations, a pub, a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and a playground/park with lighted tennis courts. Many residents enjoy a walk, jog, or bicycle ride on the canal.
