The new COMET Help Center utilizes more current, modern practices, including the addition of videos that allow for constant access to COMET Support, even after hours. Materials were created from customer and partner feedback, support calls and account manager feedback.
In our effort of continuous improvement, please let us know if there is anything specific you would like to see added.
To access the Help Center:
- Sign in to your COMET account
- Select the "How To/Training" tab, under "My COMET"
- Select "New User? Sign Up."
- Use your COMET email when registering for the Help Center
